At Volture, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@volture.world.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide you with detailed return instructions, including the correct return address if applicable.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@volture.world. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, simply request a return for your current item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
